Healthy Habits: Receive simple nutrition guidance to support your workouts and help you feel your best inside and outside the gym.
Each class is tailored for people who are brand new to fitness or just getting back into it. Every movement and workout can be adjusted to match your current ability and comfort level—no pressure, no ego, just progress.

Classes are 60 minutes and follow this structure:
A certified coach will guide you through a warm-up, movement instruction, a beginner-friendly workout, and a cool down. Throughout the session, your coach will provide support, feedback, and modifications to ensure you're moving safely and effectively.
No fitness experience necessary. Just bring a good attitude, a water bottle, and be ready to move.
