While all of our programs welcome participants of every fitness level, this class is tailored to the unique needs of adults 55+ who may be new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking for extra guidance and support to feel confident and capable. Led by certified trainers with specialized experience working with this age group, every session is safe, effective, and full of encouragement.
In the BEST LIFE class, you can expect a friendly, supportive atmosphere where your comfort and safety come first. Each session is led by certified trainers who guide you through functional movements designed to improve your strength, balance, and mobility—using adaptable tools like chairs, benches, TRX, rings, and resistance bands to match your needs. You’ll work at your own pace, with plenty of encouragement and modifications, so you leave each class feeling stronger, more confident, and better equipped for the activities you enjoy in daily life.
